| Dreams are an untapped source of self-discovery, and most of us don't realize we create hundreds of intriguing images in our dreams every night. In this workshop, you'll use those images to start resolving emotional conflicts in your life. As a result, you'll leave feeling clearer, more self-confident and more empowered. Guided Imagery & Music (1/19 from 7 - 9 pm) |
| Music can lead you on an inner journey into your own consciousness. In the powerful process of Guided Imagery & Music, superb musical compositions take you wherever you need to go for personal growth and fulfillment. At the end of the musical journey, you'll have the chance to share your experiences with the group. Afterwards, you'll create a visual image to help you better enjoy and remember the insights you received during your voyage. Led by Amy Blair, a Fellow of the Association of Music and Imagery.
