Healthy Minds In Healthy Bodies   (6/2)
Wellness is a whole-person thing. In order to stay really healthy, we have to keep our bodies, minds, emotions and spirits all in great shape. So why not get together weekly and support each other in that quest? The leadership of the group rotates each week, and each meeting includes time for members to discuss and share their health goals and progress. In addition, the leader for that week may also decide to give a presentation on something that has excited them or been important to their health and healing. $10 monthly. (MEMBERS ONLY.) (Return to calendar)

Tour of Meditation Practices   (6/3)
Hundreds of approaches to relaxation/centering/meditation have been developed over the centuries, and each has its own charm, benefits and wisdom. We explore one new approach each meeting. (Return to calendar)

Reiki Exchange   (6/3)
