Tour of Meditation Practices   (5/1 from 6:15 - 7 pm)
Hundreds of approaches to relaxation/centering/meditation have been developed over the centuries, and each has its own charm, benefits and wisdom. We explore one new approach each meeting. Free. (Return to calendar)

Video Explorations   (5/5 from 6 - 10:30 pm)

During the discussion we learn and practice essential communication skills like I-Statements and Open-Ended Questions, so that we can apply them more effectively in the rest of our lives. Intuitive Heart Weekend Intensive   (5/25 from 7 - 9 pm)
There is a special "something" within each of us that connects us to the Source of Life, whatever we may call it. It also connects us to each other. We know this, even though we may not have words to describe it. This is why we use figures of speech such as "higher consciousness" and "trusting inspiration." Having the experience of this special something is what The Intuitive Heart Workshop is all about. When you attend, you get to have fun while experiencing profound "aha's." Workshop facilitator, Pamela P. Latham LPC, specializes in personal and spiritual renewal. $100 for all three days. Continuing Education Units (CEU's) are available for some professionals. Please RSVP. (Return to calendar)

Growth Report   (5/27 from 3 - 5 pm)
[An Update From Christine On What Challenges And Thrills Her.] Personal growth is not a one-person job. At the Center, we believe that the support of a community of like-minded people is a potent ingredient for exploring and understanding ourselves. That's why we offer you (as a member) a chance every year or so to share where you are right now on your personal growth journey. Many of our members say that having a small group of eight or ten people validating and supporting them for around two hours was one of the most powerful experiences they've had in a long time. We'll give you some questions you can use as a starting point, and you can improvise and embellish from there. (Like everything else here at the Center, the Growth Report is optional. However, we recommend it highly!) Free for members. Please RSVP. (MEMBERS ONLY.) (Return to calendar)
