The Seminar will be catered by Allie Faden of Cheating Artichokes, a local culinary firm. We have developed the following menu, which may undergo some changes as we get closer to the date of the seminar.

9 am - 5 pm
$75 by August 15th, $95 thereafter

Registration   8:30 am - 9 am

Beignets -OR-
Krispy Crème Donuts -AND/OR-
Some hearty, healthy and relatively sweet bread like whole wheat raisin bread, or maybe croissants
Coffee and/or tea


Morning Break   10:15 am - 10:30 am

Deviled eggs (vegetarian)
Veggie tray (vegan) w/ dill dip (vegetarian)
Fruit tray (vegan)


Lunch   11:45 am - 12:45 pm

Quinoa Salad (vegan)
Caesar salad (raw egg; vegetarian)
Slaw w/ kalamata dressing (raw egg; vegetarian)
Tomato salad (vegan)
Seaweed salad (vegan)

Sweet potatoes (vegetarian)
Southern corn bread (vegetarian)
Ribs (spicy)
Rice stuffing (vegan)
Pumpkin-stuffed shells (vegetarian [pasta is made using eggs, and there's a tiny bit of anchovy in the sauce])
Couscous w/ eggplant and sun-dried tomatoes (vegan)
Baked chicken w/ potatoes and onion

Mexican fruit salad (spicy or not [choice of eater]; vegan)
Pound cake w/ berries (vegetarian)
Chocolate or Carob dipped fruit (vegan)


Afternoon Break   2 pm- 2:15 pm

Salmon Stuffed Artichoke Crowns (spicy; shellfish; vegetarian)


Reception   3:30 pm - 5 pm
